Mauritius is 2000 kilometers to the south east of Africa
and lies east to Madagascar in the Indian Ocean.The Island
has an area of 1865 square kilometers with 330 kilometers
of coastline inland features, subtropical forests, rivers,
streams and waterfalls and not to mention the turquoise sea,
miles of sandy beaches lined with coconut and palm trees.
Climate
Minimum temperature on the coast varies from 33 degrees centigrade to 24 degrees centigrade in the summer. Along the coastal areas, the temperatures are generally 3 to 5 degrees higher. The northern and western regions are warmer.

Regular flights by Air Mauritius, British Airways and The Royal Emirates from Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.Flying time is 12 hours on non-stop flights.
